KPDR 19 is back on the air and stronger than ever. Right now 19.1 is a dead stream that's IDing as "4111Tem". 19.2 is labelled as "4111" and is running infomercials right now. I caught a bit of a promo going over what will be running. I think they said America One will be on 19.1 and a religious network on 19.2 with streams 3, 4 and 5 coming later.
K18FJ has also been approved to flash cut to digital. They applied for an STA to be silent for 6 months about 6 months ago. The FCC site is down right now so I can't see if there's a new STA.

Now if we could get 19 OTA in Davis County that would be great.

I'm in Davis County and I got it clearly on an indoor antenna for 1 day. Then it went off air for a few weeks. Now it's back on but at so low a power I can't decode it. I'd speculate that they went to full power for testing for a little while but now are back at very low power while they work out any kinks. There are a lot of broadcast facilities up in the Oquirrhs, so it could be more complicated.
I've been having difficulty with K39JS lately too. It's right on the borderline of visibility. KSVN 25 sometimes has some problems but KULX 10 is solid. All 3 should be pretty much the same. Very odd.

KPDR looks to be running just the transmitter, but with no data at all. There's a "haystack" there, just as strong as KMTW (on 20) yesterday. No idea where the heck their "studio" is. No STL is shown on the FCC files.
The people who tried to buy it are now buying 18 from TBN, and working to "flash-cut" to Digital.

I'm getting almost nothing on Ch 19 right now but 20 is coming in loud and clear. I wonder if they're back on the old Ensign site. That site has never thrown much of anything north as far as I've been able to see.
Whatever else you might say about those guys they do keep things interesting.

Ch 19 has never come in for me in the Layton/Clearfield area. Ch 10 (and the sub-channels) came in once about a year ago so my TV remembers them. But the signal is not strong enough to come through now. I wish they could boost the signal. Ch 20 and the sub-channels comes in just fine. 18, 23, 50 and 51 fade sometimes. All other channels come in just fine.

10 did boost at least their effective signal. They used to be on RF10 but moved to RF14. Their big problem is that they're a low power station. They only run 15kw. Still, with a decent UHF antenna you should be able to pick them up. They cover Ogden (COL) with a city grade signal. KPDR/19 is even worse at only 5kw from the new Farnsworth location. For comparison, KTMW/20 is 55kw and and big full power stations are in the hundreds.

Telemundo moved from RF channel 10, to 14 a while back. You may need to do a full rescan to clear out the old info.
Disconnect the antenna and do a scan (if the box or TV asks, you want a "ReScan", not just an "Update"). That should clear out all the existing data. Then, turn off the TV or box, and unplug it from the wall power for two or three minutes. This lets the power supply settle, draining it completely. Then, plug the antenna and power back in, and do a full scan again.
This should clear out any bad information in the set, and update sub-channel info. It will also "discover" any new channels that have come on the air. It's not a bad idea to do this every few months anyway, to find new stations, and to update sub-channel names and info on boxes that don't automatically update the existing station's data.
