CA, as far as I know we aren't.. But I heard somewhere that with PPM they have to publish all stations regardless of subscribing or not. Could be wrong but they did publish numbers..

True, but they also said they couldn't publish when they clearly published something. That's why none of this makes sense. I heard the same thing about having to publish PPM numbers, so you're right that could be it. That might have something to do with all those attorney's general sticking their noses where they have no jurisdiction, but you really don't want to get me started on THAT.....  |
