Something on Ch 25 I've never seen before

Sometime between mid-morning and mid-afternoon on Saturday 8/31 Ch 25 made some big changes in their lineup. It now looks like this:
25.1 ShopHQ (same as it has been since NewsNet shut down)
25.2 FunRoads (ditto)
25.3 ShopHQ (has been here since NewsNet took over lst October)
25.4 EstrellaTV (has also been here for a while)
25.5 Ace (new 8/31, rerun channel)
25.6 OAN (new 8/31, One America News - right wing news)
25.7 AWE (new 8/31, A Wealth of Entertainment - lifestyle channel)
25.8 Sales (new 8/31, I think it's an infomercial channel)
That's all nice, but it wasn't the new channels that I was most interested in. What caught my eye is that the .2 through .8 channels are being broadcast using the h.264 (aka AVC) codec. I've never seen h.264 used in ATSC 1 before. I thought only ATSC 3 used that. I can see all 8 channels. Is there anyone who can see 25.1 but can't see 25.2 - 25.8?
