No, still same ownership. Canyon Media in St. George, not sure exactly which name in Logan, i've seen cache Valley Media, Cache Valley Radio group, Sun Valley Radio, all under the same entity.

107.5 doesn’t have a HD transmitter last time I checked. That would be a pretty pricy upgrade. EMF has been putting in HD transmitters as an upgrade or when the older transmitter at a site needs replacing then putting Air1 and klove classics on the 2 and 3.... they have also leased/bought translators fed by one of the hd channels

Sorry everyone. Been away for a bit.
There are no requirements that a commercial station actually run commercials. They just have permission to do so if they want, so a station like KODJ could run Air1 if they wanted to with no problem.
I haven't read the rules on programming translators for a while but I don't think paying for it is allowed for commercial operations, but I might be wrong. I'm less sure about whether a non-commercial operator can pay a translator owner. In any case it makes zero sense to me that the translator would have been sold to the Frandsen group instead of to EMF if the end goal was to put an EMF network on it. EMF just plunked down $10.75 million for Boston rimshot WAAF. They probably could have found $17 thousand in the couch cushions. There's got to be something else. Putting K-Love on it would be redundant since 107.5 as-is already covers the same ground and then some. Air1 seems to get out pretty well on 89.7/K209CJ. I suppose they could run K-Love Classics but it still wouldn't make sense that they didn't buy it outright.
And yes, the Frandsen group does have multiple subnames all under the same parent.
