KSRR and KQMB are still silent. Have been for months. Perhaps they can be the FCC's guineau pigs -- particularly if Zeta Communications has still not filed anything with the FCC. Just curious . . . have you tried calling or emailing the station(s) to see if their phone and/or email are still working?
I tried calling once; I got voicemail. They have never had a public e-mail address, or a website.

KSRR actually has a page at kstarradio.wordpress.com/about-kstar-1400-am/ with an email address of kstar1400gmail.com. But from what I can tell, the station appears to have moved and left no forwarding address. A Google search for KSRR returns "what happened to AM 1400 Provo" and "what happened to KSTAR radio" as a couple of top search phrases. Looks like another Utah "heritage" station has bitten the dust--too bad. The station has an interesting history according to its Wiki page.
