The deal to sell KJZZ to Sinclair was announced in April. It looks like the FCC approved it in June. Exactly when (or even if) Sinclair took over, I have no idea.

What does that mean another channel like my network where kutv took over my network?

The Sinclair deal must have closed, since it is listed on the Sinclair website. sbgi.net/tv-channels/ But you cannot totally trust that site, since it also lists that KENV is a Salt Lake station. Is Elko considered to be part of the SLC media market?

From the website you listed (very interesting) I used the contact form to ask about KJZZ and digital sub-channels. They responded quickly that Comet TV would be added as a digital sub-channel for KJZZ-TV in late 2016 or early 2017. I asked about other sub-channels but no response yet.

Well Sinclair owns Comet, so that makes sense.
