I didn't know KHQN was allowed to operate using KSL's audio. Likely they are taking it off the FM side and putting into AM, thats what I'd do, rather then go AM to AM. They also might be taking the feed off of a satellite, however that would create a delay.
As for HD radio Michael, I'll pass. I tried them out at Best Buy, not worth it.
