Is KPDR (K-Powder) TV still on the air? I don't get it on my antenna. But I haven't seen it in a while. I had edited the Wikipedia entry previously and some editors have it marked for deletion without additional sources. If it is still broadcasting, I'd like to keep the wiki site up.
Is there a website for this station?

Interesting idea. I would move the Wave to 94.9 or 95.5 and change that frequency's calls to KJQN. According to that call letter sight, those calls are available. I would then make 103.1 like KLO was before Holiday sold it. "Unforgettable 1031 KLO." It already has those call letters. It could have CBS news at the top of the hour, unforgettable music, and Classic Radio theater with Wyatt Cox from 7 to 10 every night. So, basically the same format as KLO had on 1430 before the religious Spanish organization bought it. El Semprador, I think. Eventually I'd try to get some local talent on it in morning and afternoon drive at least. The Weber State Wildcats would remain on 103.1 as well. That way 949 or 955, KJQ, wouldn't have to be interrupted by ball games. I think a lot of The Wave listeners would enjoy not having Wildcat sports popping up. I also think that Wildcat sports should have options where they can play more coaches shows. As someone who really enjoys the lineup on 103.1, I wouldn't change much in the form of music. But I agree that KLO and KJQN (or KJQ if it's available) could be two different stations. I would like to see The Wave with a better signal. Every once in a while I hear the over-the-air station go out. And now that I have a vehicle with a good radio system, I'd like to see the signal include artist/song name info. Even having a digital sub-channel for The Wave playing more songs that we normally hear on Unrest on the Seventh Day playing all the time.

IMHO, the Zone's decline began when they let Tony parks go soon after the beginning of the pandemic. Then it got worse when Gordon Monson and Austin Horton were let go. I would agree. I've found myself listening to the Zone less and less.

I just barely got my first HD radio in my last vehicle purchase. Since I never had a way to listen, I never gave it much mind. While reading this thread, I wondered if I could get some of these streams from the station's website. I looked up 103.5 and I had to dig to find the stream to deep tracks (which I've been impressed with). X96 HD2 was simple to find from the website, but X96 isn't at the top of my listen list so I never bothered to look before this. KSL radio's website keeps trying to get me to turn off my ad blocker (not going to happen since I'm trying to protect my computer from viruses) so I didn't have much luck digging there.
When I'm in the office or car, I just turn on the radio and 103.1 The Wave is right there. I hit a button and I can get to sports talk or 103.5 or any other station I want to listen to. Even in my new vehicle, I have to manually tell it to go to the HD2 station (compared to hitting next station on the steering wheel). I don't see myself digging for any of the HD2 streams on my computer at this time.
Speaking of Sirius Radio, it came with my new car. I tried it on a trip to Idaho, but I don't see myself using this or subscribing (even at the $5 a month that they are trying to tempt me with). I'm usually within range of a station or I've got my phone connected to the car via Bluetooth.

What about the Unrivaled team don't you like, Doctor? I've given them multiple chances to be entertaining. When they have a guest, the guest is entertaining, but the two guys just bore me to tears. Their insight is not very insightful and they don't inspire me to stay with the station. The previous team, I could listen to all the time. The afternoon team, while not as good as the previous evening team, is more informative than the "unrivaled" team. I've avoided the "unrivaled" show when it comes on. Of course that's just my opinion, I could be wrong.

1- I'd drop the Unrivaled broadcast team and replace them with anybody else. They really should be titled "Un-listenable" 2- Probably look at splitting the AM and FM broadcasts or get an HD sub-channel. On one I'd have all college sports talk and another would be all non-college sports talk.
I'd have to think about this one a little bit more.

Just got a vehicle with HD radio. What is on 96.3 HD3? It sounded like sports but I couldn't stick on the station long enough to find out.

At least it's fixed. Your location gives me another idea. From northern Davis you might have been picking up signals from both the Ogden and Bountiful boosters. If they weren't in perfect sync, that might produce an echo. That sounds like what I was experiencing.

I am listening from northern Davis county. By Wednesday the echo was gone.

On Sunday night I turned into 103.1 The Wave to listen to Unrest on the Seventh Day. I noticed that the station was echoing. The internet stream was fine. When I checked 103.5 and 1280 AM they were both broadcasting without any issues. I let the station know when this issue was continuing on Monday morning and they said they would have their engineers take a look at it.
On Tuesday morning I reported to the station that the issue was still ongoing. That is when they let me know that the issue was affecting all stations that are located on Humpy Peak and that it was being worked on.
What other radio stations are using the transmitter at this location? Have you noticed any issues?
