Some of you may interested in this...if so pass it on. After seven or more years of trying to purchase a terrestrial radio station I finally gave up the ghost. It’s time to try this new “Internet” thing that seems to be all the rage. KCQNUTAH.com is being brought to you by a small band of renegades who are passionate about “our” brand of music. The kind of music once found on its predecessors of Super 107, KCGL, KRP and KJQN. Not only did it once change the musical landscape of Utah, it to this day is being discovered as “new” by the generations after Generation X. We had the people of this state in mind when KCQNUTAH.com was conceived and created. We will fill a niche that has been overlooked for years by playing the New Wave artists and their song catalogues that took root and flourished here. In the future we hope to offer this on a larger scale by way of a traditional radio frequency… Hey, it’s good to have goals. We hope to bring back the days when you hopped on the scoot and tooled on over to Bandaloops for some coffee before jetting to Twelve Oaks for some dancing! Join us as we are “stayin’ alive in ’85!” www.KCQNUTAH.comAttachments:

Like the deeper cuts so far. Good to hear that Mr. West is on the air again Edit: A few songs in, it reminds me of KOSY's HD-2 channel, although with deeper cuts you hardly ever hear any more. Me likey! Good job!

Why will the stream only hold on my phone for a couple minutes before cutting out again? :-( Hopefully a patch can be figured out. Any chance of getting it set up in TuneIn.com? They do list some local online stations.
I have an Android device, but the stream doesn't seem to play well within the O.S.

There is probably a couple of things happening. I have an Android too. If you're on the move and have your wifi on it keeps looking for a wifi signal to connect too and stops the stream. It seems to work just fine if you are stationary. So if you are driving and such turn the wifi off. It also from time to time may need to "update" the stream so it may drop out for a bit to do that. It's just the nature of the internet streaming with a phone and being mobile. Hope that helps.
