The FCC has done it again. (The DTV conversion.) Simply put, a little additional flexibility, but even more requirements. For *** sake, when are we ever going to shut off analog in this country. I'm betting a dollar that they extend it past June 12.

For anyone on channel 51 or lower, maybe. The buyers of the spectrum from 52-69 are chomping at the bit for it. Qualcomm has already paid off a bunch of broadcasters to clear off 55 nationwide.

Qualcomm? It's for their MediaFLO project/service. They have a nationwide license for what's now ch 55.
