Scanning the dial last night, the religious programming is definitely on 1320 now but 1230 is back up. It was also on this morning about 7 when I tuned it. I didn't listen long enough to hear any IDs but the format definitely sounded the same as that of KRKY which was previously simulcast on 1320. The signal sounds great too where I am in the Rose Park area of Salt Lake City.

Although there has yet to be any public announcement, it's my understanding that Vic Michael has deal(s) is place for both his Utah AM signals and their translators. Watch for something official soon as work continues on both those facilities and the translators have yet to hit the air.

I am listening to the KRKY Internet stream right now. Among the call signs mentioned at the TOH was "KEZF Murray". KNIT was NOT included in the call signs. So this confirms that 1230 now has the KRKY feed.

I figured something was up when the RadioTV Deals listing for KEZF, KNIT and companion FM translator disappeared from the site a few weeks ago. It appears my suspicions have been confirmed. :-) I suppose we'll get another religious or Spanish language station on 1230 as well (sigh).

1320 KNIT has been logged near Phoenix and Ive heard it in Laramie, WY with only 500 Watts from the KEZF 1230 site

At my location in NE Ogden, 1230 has a much stronger signal than 1320. I'm assuming both stations are broadcasting with 500 watts, since 1230 & 1320 are being diplexed from the same tower. Maybe KEZF's lower dial position gives their signal a boost in groundwave coverage.
I've got to give Vic Michael credit for getting around the multiple informal objections filed against KNIT's proposed power increase to 790 watts, and getting both stations on the air so quickly. I'd imagine Michael's alleged former business associate must be pretty steamed right now.
