I'm a bit confused. "The seller is still in the process of acquiring the station from SLC DIVESTITURE TRUST II, spinoff trust for BROADWAY MEDIA LS, LLC, plus $200,000 in a swap for K240EP/CEDAR FORT, UT and K284AY/TOOELE, UT." Who is paying whom the $200,000? And how does that payment fit with the $50,000 that Sanpete is paying Radio Rancho? If Radio Rancho is paying the $200,000 to the Divestiture Trust, then this implies that the two translators were worth $150,000. Or am I missing the boat here?

That's probably not the mostly clearly worded article in the world. Let me try to explain what I think is going on. It's all very complicated so I hope I get it right.
The original deal (in October) was for KMGR to go from the trust to Radio Rancho plus $200,000 from Broadway also going to RR, K240EP & K284AY would go from RR to Broadway (as beneficiary of the trust).
The February deal has RR selling KMGR to Sanpete (who has been programming the station anyway) for $50,000.
So if you look at it from RR's point of view, the net result was selling two translators and making $250,000. If you look at it from the Broadway/trust point of view it's the other way around. Better?
