"Still, small voice" huh? I guess a little hyperbole never hurt anyone, especially one of the valley's more important radio stations. The translator mentioned would be K240EP. The application for the license to cover says they were originally going to translate KXRK's HD3 signal but changed to translating the analog signal. The HD3 would make more sense, since KXRK is actually LICENSED to Provo. It also says that K240EP can't start broadcasting until KMGR makes their move, so I would have to assume that has also happened. Just a note, KMGR has applied for their license to cover from further south than they were and at 95.7 now.
