Only by Nielsen math can Nov 3-30 be called December, but here we go.
KSFI got a substantial bump Shocking, I know. There was some discussion at the time about the timing of it and I just noticed that the flip happened exactly halfway through the ratings period. Coincidence? Maybe. I fully expect another jump in the Holiday book and then back to normal.
Did I miss any other major Salt Lake stations other than KSFI (mainstream) and KEGA (country) going Christmas? You would think with KSFI cleaning up every year that somebody else would have tried now that Sunny 103 is defunct and wouldn't be in the format.
Speaking of 103.1, they put up the best numbers I can recall since they did Christmas last December. The numbers aren't seeing the world on fire by any means, but they've upgraded from bad to passable (IMO). If they can build on it, we might have a winner.
