Unfortunately most filings I read to or from the FCC read like soap opera scripts. I still think the award for the most drama in an FCC filing has to go to Nicholas Vicente (or his attorney, actually) for his ongoing battle with Uncle Charlie over the license for KXOL-AM 1660. They really threw everything they had at the FCC and tried to get it to stick!

You should check out the informal objection by Donald Hullinger. I thought he might surface again. At least the filings from KWCR are well written.
