KHQN 1480 is going back to SACE about 10 years after they sold it. Purchase prise is $50,000.
The contract seems to indicate they're on the air. Any reception reports down Provo way? Any sign of Hare Krishna programming?

I sampled yesterday morning (drivetime) and yesterday afternoon (drive time). Both times the station had English-language non-local programming (references to times of other programming were all Central Time). It was talk programming of a VERY conservative and religious flavor. So no sign yet of any Hare Krisna programming (and I did occasionally listen to the station back in the day, so I know what programming they used to have). This appears to be the station's new website: www.utahtalkradio.com/About-Us.html but it has broken links and seems half-finished.
Or maybe THIS is the station website: khqn14801.homestead.com/

Both of the websites you mentioned are actually on the same webhost and are basically the same website. One appears to be the test site I would guess. I don't know how versed you are with internet plumbing, but yes they are basically the same thing.
Another intereting tidbit is the reference to KHQNRadio.com. That was created back in 2006 which is when SACE sold the station the first time. That matches up with the main page on the homestead version that says "The station changed to its current new/talk/sports format in 2006." I'm pretty sure those webpages are owned by the seller and are related to the old format and just haven't been taken down yet. KHQNRadio.com's registration expired, so that's no longer even usable but probably pointed to one of those sets of webpages you mentioned.

On Saturday, I was at BYU and sampled the Utah Valley radio dial. KHQN is now, once again, Hare Krisna programming. I don't know whether the studio is back adjacent to their temple in Spanish Fork. However, there is still the 1480 sign on Orem Center Street pointing to the office park where the studio is/was. (I am talking about the sign from the talk radio period -- the one with the microphone).
