KUDD - Randolph?

While I'm on the board I wanted to ask about something. Coming back from vacation yesterday I was listening to KUDD. Well actually listening to KUDE since I was around Nephi....anyways I heard them ID as "KUDD Randolph - Salt Lake" , "KUDE - Nephi". I decided to pull that up on the FCC's web site. Is KUDD supposed to move to humpy?? That's certainly what the map shows. Why would they be ID'ing that if it's not on yet? Are they doing the same thing they did for years with the main on Promontory (turn it on for a few minutes once a month to keep it legal and otherwise run the booster on Ensign) ?? I can guarantee you it's not on. I checked earlier today. Nothing on 107.9. I hear the Spanish on 107.1 that was posted in another thread. KUDD's FCC listing shows a setup similar to all the other humpys with boosters in Ogden, Bountiful, Salt Lake, and Provo. The Provo booster is at CP status so I don't know....I guess they are still building the boosters? I don't even see anything there for Roy anymore. Seems like they shouldn't even be on or at least ID'ing as "Randolph" if the main isn't even on yet. I know all these humpy stations have done it from time to time but it IS illegal to have boosters on without the main on unless they have one of the boosters designated as an official auxillary transmitter. I think when KUDD was still licensed to Roy, they had designated the booster on Ensign as the official "auxillary" station. Such confusing stuff. Seems like they're "putting the cart before the horse" if they are on as, and ID'ing as a Randolph station when that station is not even on the air.
