According to the FCC database the licenses for KEGH, KKLV, KUDD and KAOX only show their new communities of license. KEGH we were already talking about of course, but this should mean that the others are now on the air from their new sites only. The only piece missing I can see is the Provo booster for KUDD, which is not yet approved. Once that gets approved and is on the air we might see 103.9 Nephi flip and/or move to their new frequency of 99.1. If that moves, that would force K256AE (iHeart's Provo translator) off the air.
