Huge news: Nielsen buying Arbitron

Nielsen is of course the big dog in TV ratings. Arbitron is the big dog in radio. Nielsen is also in web impressions tracking. I think it's hard to overstate of huge this is. What do you think this means for both the radio & TV industry?
